The Builders

I, Frank Owarish, the current Director of the IISRT, consider myself privileged to have worked with at least ten thousand people, always to make a positive difference to specific people, group of people, society at large, even the international community and am showcasing various situations, on the one hand using web technology to pay tribute to these ten thousand people (alive, wherever they are in the world today or dead) and to show the specific substantive contributions made e.g. an electoral system, a university etc. The basic idea is that a person along with others can make significant difference; above all it is people who make the difference. Also the opportunities are there and I am happy to have had and to have a good amount of these.

Tribute: I wish to pay a particular tributes to those who have helped me turn into a builder; my mother and father, my grand-father mother's side, the grand-mother of my wife, Pere Laval; they have helped me constantly and they still do; they guide my steps and give me strengths. I do have failings being a mere mortal. I am grateful to my wife, a constant pillar, and my three daughters and all members of my family. I am grateful to my brothers and sisters; they have always helped me one way or another and they still do. I am grateful to the numerous people I have worked with, who have guided me and helped me and given me support. I am grateful to my friends who have had and have a positive influence in my life.
