There are various sayings which provide food for thought and which contain enormous wisdom; they are concise and precise yet contain a lot of wisdom. Here is an example: There is a Chinese saying or proverb which states that give a fish to a person and that person will have food for some time; the saying or proverb goes on further to state, that if on the other hand we show that person how to fish, that person will be able to learn a living perhaps for a life-time and perhaps for himself and herself and the kin. Let us add an element of strategic thinking to that saying or proverb: in addition to showing that person how to fish , let us show that person also how to show to the others how to fish; we thus unleash a multiplier effect!
