The Center for Scientific Research and Technological Advancement (CSRTA) has, as its name implies, two basic functions, first that of conducting scientific research and second that of promoting technological advancement. Rather than re-inventing the wheel so to speak, CSRTA will survey developments in the two domains and promote an understanding of these developments. CSRTA also sees its role as being catalytic in building bridges among those interested in scientific research and technological advancements and those undertaking such research and advancements. There is an enormous pool of resources and researchers/scholars as well as leaders and managers from the developing countries will be provided an opportunity to get in touch with that pool and make the best use of the resources. CSRTA deals with subjects in the public domain aimed at beneficial civilian uses.
